DAY 232: 50min steady jog-My knees hurt

Again, I’m running under Runkeeper’s run to lose weight program. And today, it’s 50min of steady pace jog! Thinking that it will be too boring for me to run round and round the park, I decided to venture out instead. I ran from my house all the way to Lavender and back. There were quite a few traffic lights so the pace is a bit slow today. Nonetheless, my knee hurts from the running, too much heel striking. :/
