DAY 233: Challenging heavier weights and fail

Feeling a bit crazy today and decided to add 2kg to barbell my shoulder presses but I could hardly move them by the 2nd set. I then removed 1 kg, continue lifting then removed another 1kg after the set. It was a failure but I will continue to train harder so that one day I can lift 37kg with ease! My shoulders were burning after the workout.

Reps Sets Exercise Weight
1 10 3 Barbell shoulder press 37kg
2 10 1 Barbell shoulder press 36kg
3 10 1 Barbell shoulder press 35kg
4 10 5 Bent over row 37kg
5 10 5 Weighted pull ups 5kg
