It’s running for weight loss on Runkeeper again! According to today’s schedule, we are supposed to do interval training. But I feel like the design of this interval training is a bit messed up. Basically you do 3min fast and 2 min steady for each interval and repeat this 8 times. 3min is too long for fast! I thought you’re supposed to sprint or something? How do you sprint for 3mins? By the 5th interval, it was hard to sprint any more. I ended up just trying to run a bit faster. Despite all that, I am quite satisfied by my overall speed today.
