DAY 238: Destroying the upper body

Feeling great after adding push ups to my upper body workout. My chest muscles were aching after Sunday’s workout and today I’m hitting the upper body again. Had a great pump, especially the biceps.

1 10 1 Barbell shoulder press 37kg
2 10 4 Barbell shoulder press 35kg
3 10 5 Bent over row 37kg
4 10 5 Weighted pull ups 5kg
5 10 5 Push ups
