Had an awesome run today. I seriously think Runkeeper’s program is a bit crazy. Any sane mind would tell you that it is impossible to sprint for 10mins. Yet, for today’s running program, it told me to sprint for 10mins then do a slow jog for 5min. How the hell do you sprint for 10mins?! I could keep up the sprinting for a few minutes while for the rest, I just ran with a faster pace.
