DAY 239: Bringing more tension to the chest muscles

In the past, when I was serving in army, a fellow comrade who was bodybuilding taught me how to develop my chest muscles. His prescription was simple. Do 100 push ups everyday and when it becomes easy, do elevated push ups. I followed his advice for a year and my chest really grew.

Today, I am neglecting my chest muscles once more and I need them to grow. I started out doing push ups a few days ago but it seems like my chest muscles have gotten used to it very quickly. Hence, I did elevated push ups this time round. Had a great workout and a good pump!

1 10 1 Barbell shoulder press 37kg
2 10 4 Barbell shoulder press 35kg
3 10 5 Bent over row 37kg
4 10 5 Weighted pull ups 5kg
5 10 5 Elevated push ups
