DAY 242: 1 more kg for shoulder press

Added another kg for my barbell shoulder press as I was getting used to the previous weight. Certainly felt that it was more challenging but somehow I managed.

Weighed myself today and found that I gained 1kg. Hopefully, it’s muscle gains. :/

Reps Sets Exercise Weight
1 10 5 Barbell shoulder press 36kg
2 10 5 Bent over row 37kg
3 10 5 Weighted pull ups 5kg
4 10 5 Elevated push ups
