DAY 248: May not be a good idea to run everyday…

Made a decision not to skip cardio on any day and did a long distance run today. Seems like I need to replace some cardio session with something else. Running everyday is quite strenuous to my legs and my speed went down a lot for today’s run. My calf muscles were fatigued and sore and I had stitches constantly. May be I should go swimming on some days instead…
