Daniel, my training partner is back! And we went to Muay thai training today. Feel great to have your training partner because we have known each other for so long, we are okay even if we accidentally injure one another. 😀 Happened many times before.

|Practice||Combination: jab, cross, hook, upper cut, side step (cross), jab, 12-6 elbow, block against right horizontal elbow, duck under (left hook), cross, right knee, left hook, catch block (cross), block against right horizontal elbow, clinch, right knee, left knee, from clinch position break off by turning body away and counter with 12-6 elbow
Conditioning: 50 punches, 20 knees
