Workout early in the morning and headed to the gym. Now I can feel my arms screaming for oxygen and nutrients. So tired!

3 10 5 Rows 50lbs
4 10 5 Lat pull down
5 10 5 Side lateral raise 4kg
6 10 5 Barbell curl 17.5kg
