Start Warm up: jumping jacks, running on the spot, tuck jumps
Stretching
Shadow boxing
20 push ups, 5 clap push ups, 20 squats, 5 tuck jumps, 40 crunches, 10 jack knives
Teaching Practice technique:  step back to avoid low kick
Practice technique part 2: teep to opponent lead leg to stop him from stepping forward for jab
Practice Combination:  step back to avoid low kick, left teep, right roundhouse, teep to opponent lead leg to stop him from stepping forward for jab, cross, hook, right elbow

Conditioning drill: 30sec jab cross, 30sec right roundhouse, 30sec  left roundhouse, 30sec jab cross

Conditioning Push kick or knee to keep opponent from moving forward
