1 10 5 Shoulder press machine 60kg
2 10 5 Pec deck 60kg
3 10 5 Rows 50kg
4 10 5 Lat pull down
5 10 5 Side lateral raise 6kg
6 10 5 Barbell curl 15kg
8 Elliptical trainer 10mins

Lowered the weights slightly as I felt like I have not fully recovered from my last workout. My neck feels strained again. Still, my arms felt like they were burning.
