DAY 275: Catching high round houses

It’s new year soon! It was suppose to be fight training but coach Pal decided to teach us something advanced and fun. Catching high roundhouses.

We learnt various ways of tripping, kneeing and kicking the opponent after we have caught their leg. Nothing too serious today. Just loads of experimentation and trying out the techniques. Of course, Pal warned us that it looks easy now because we are training. In a real fight, it is really difficult to do.
