It has been a tiring first day at work back in school. Ended a bit late and honestly I was very tempted not to work out today. But I promised myself that I gonna keep going so keep going I did.
Had dinner with my fiancee before heading back home again to do some lifting. I felt that I was strong enough to increase 1kg for my barbell shoulder press and added 1kg to the barbell. The first 3 sets was okay and I started to struggle after that and need to take longer time to rest in between sets. I also wasn’t able to lift 10reps at one go. Nonetheless, it was fun challenging the 36kg barbell again.
