It’s easy to be disciplined when days are easy. The challenge comes only when the pressure becomes high and you just feel like giving up. Had a long day today. Was at work from 7:30am till 6pm. When I reached home, I just wanted to crash and I was so tempted not to work out. Finally, with much will power, I managed to force myself to do some lifting. It was a great feeling!
