DAY 293: Hurt my shoulder :(

Had a long day today and went to do some lifting when I got home. Unfortunately, I seems to have hurt my left shoulder when I was doing side lateral raises. I feel a sharp stinging pain whenever I lift my arm or exert strength with my left arm. That’s bad… seems like I need more rest…no more heavy lifting for these few days…

3 10 5 Pull ups  
4 10 5 Side lateral raise 6kg
5 10 5  Push ups
