DAY 295: Heavy lifting again

My shoulder feel much better after some rest and is not hurting anymore. At such, I went back to my normal weight lifting regime. After not lifting for a few days, I find it difficult to heavy weights. Anyways, I should take my time to build up my strength. Im afraid I will hurt my shoulder again.

1 10 5 Barbell shoulder press 35kg
2 10 5 Bent over row 37kg
3 10 5 Pull ups  
4 10 5 Side lateral raise 6kg
5 10 5  Push ups
