DAY 296: Now my hip flexors?! Argh!

The students asked me to lead the physical activities for CCA training yesterday. I complied and got them to do some physical drills. We started off with 1min jumping jacks and some muay thai warm up drills I have learnt from the gym then got into jogging and sprinting. We then ended off the class with 10 push ups, 10 crunches, 10 squats and 10 burpees- 2 sets. By the end of the session, the students were physically exhausted. I think they regretted asking me to lead PT. Anyways, I found out that my hip flexors were strained when I got home. I could hard lift up my leg. I have never felt this before even with intense muay thai training… I AM GETTING OLD!! :O

As for today, I tried to stretch out my legs a bit. They felt better at night and I continued with my lifting regime. FEELS GOOD MAN!
