DAY 300: THIS IS SPARTA!

Yeah! 300th work out! Keep it going!

Honestly, some day I just feel like I am too tired and do not want to work out. But, comments from people around me have been very encouraging. My fiancee witnessed my progress and felt inspired to want to work out (Have not started yet). And the other time while I was in school, a colleague asked if I was lifting weights because I “looked a lot fitter. ”

Yeah! MOTIVATION!
