DAY 301: Breaking the limit, then go even further

What is a good training session? It is one when you have gave everything you have got and you feel like dying then you pushed yourself even further. That’s where you realise its just mind over matter and you found out that your capabilities are greater than what you believe to be. That’s how one grows. Both physically and mentally.

I had a great Muay Thai training session today. I endured, gave my best and pushed myself to the limit and pushed even further. The sense of satisfaction is great!

Start Warm up: jumping jacks, running on the spot, tuck jumps, burpees
Stretching
Shadow boxing
20 push ups, 5 clap push ups,  20 squats, 5 tuck jumps, 40 crunches, 10 jackknive
Teaching Practice technique: Footwork-  Shuffle forward, shuffle forward, shuffle back

Practice technique: Jab, step in left elbow, step in left knee, right elbow, left hook, right upper cut

Practice technique: Jab, step in left elbow, step in left knee, right elbow, left hook, right upper cut, shuffle back,  right side kick, right teep to face, left roundhouse to head

Practice Combination:  :  Jab, step in left elbow, step in left knee, right elbow, left hook, right upper cut, shuffle back,  right side kick, right teep to face, left roundhouse to head

Conditioning:  50 jab cross

3 Rounds

Practice 30 sec jab ,cross

Combination: ab, step in left elbow, step in left knee, right elbow, left hook, right upper cut, shuffle back,  right side kick, right teep to face, left roundhouse to head

30 sec alternating roundhouse

3 Rounds

Conditioning 10 burpees with push up and tuck jump

50 jab cross

20 alternating roundhouse

Until the end of class
