DAY 302: Muscle recovery. Relax swim

Decided to go for a swim with Daniel instead as my core muscles are hurting from Monday’s muay thai training. It must be due to the kicks. We were using  hips to twist our shinbone into the pads. My obliques are really sore. It hurts even when I sneeze!

We did 10 laps of freestyle today. Isn’t one of my best strokes so it was especially tiring for me as my strokes are not really accurate. I had to switch to frog style a couple of times before continuing. As I was using so much of my arms, my triceps felt really sore. Good work out nonetheless!
