It has been a week since I last lifted heavy. I could really feel the inertia to pick up those weights again as I know it’s gonna be difficult and its gonna hurt. Fortunately, I managed to push myself. If not, Im not sure when I will lift again.
Today’s lift felt exceptionally good. Perhaps the long break has given my muscles enough rest and they are ready for a hard session of exercising again.
