DAY 306: Return to weight training

Has been really busy due to the camp and work at school. Finally got to go back  home on time and do some weight training.

Got myself a new set pull up bars and they are holding on great. The previous one was getting rusty and falling apart. I was afraid that it may not hold hence I got a new one from Qoo10. Really cheap. Just $10 and was delivered within 3days!

Today’s training:

  Reps Sets Exercise Weight
1 10 5 Barbell shoulder press 35kg
2 10 5 Bent over row 37kg
3 10 5 Pull ups  
4 10 5 Side lateral raise 6kg
5 10 5  Push ups
