DAY 308: Sunday lifting

Tried adding 1kg to my barbell shoulder press but it was too difficult. I could hardly press 10 reps with perfect form. Hence I decided to be less ambitious and went for my usual weight instead.

My hamstring has been hurting since Friday’s Taekwondo training. Haven’t been stretching and kicking for so long. I guess my muscles are not just used to it. Hopefully, it will be a lot less sore tomorrow as I am having my weekly Muay Thai training.
