DAY 310: Light lifting cause neck is hurting- recovery workout

My neck is starting to hurt after yesterday’s clinch training and I felt really unready to lift heavy weights. Hence, I decided to lower the weights a bit instead. While the weights are lighter, it still feels challenging as I deliberately slow down my tempo for each rep. I still get a good burn in my shoulders.

However, it seems like the weights are too light for my bent over rows. I didn’t feel like my lats have worked out.

  Reps Sets Exercise Weight
1 10 1 Barbell shoulder press 25kg
2 10 5 Bent over row 25kg
3 10 5 Pull ups  
4 10 5 Side lateral raise 6kg
5 10 5  Push ups
