DAY 311: Hectic schedule

It feels like I have a lot of work in 2017. Eversince that I become an ‘experienced teacher’ there has been may responsibilities and projects that has been given to me. They are fun and challenging but they also sap the energy away from me.

Lately, I have been returning home late and feeling super unmotivated to do my workouts. I try to give myself excuses not to exercise. Like I’m too tired, I need my rest.. Time to psych myself up again. NO TIME TO SLACK OFF!

1 10 5 Barbell shoulder press 35kg
2 10 5 Bent over row 37kg
3 10 5 Pull ups  
4 10 5 Side lateral raise 6kg
5 10 5  Push ups
