DAY 313: Pushing through

My legs are still aching from yesterday’s training. And my neck and shoulders are kinda beat up too due to the clinching that we did. It was really tempting to just rest for the day. Still, despite a long and tiresome day, I managed to will myself to lift those heavy weights.

Honestly, when I started to lift that barbell, it isn’t that bad. The saying is true. It’s 10% physical, 90% mental. As I lift those heavy weights, I am not just training my body; I am training my mind too.
