So tired. Currently doing NCC but I have some time off to go home and do some stuff. Initially I was feeling really lethargic. I napped for 2 hours and was feeling really groggy. It was tempting to just skip working out but I felt like I have eaten too much and not exercised enough. After dinner, I went home to do some lifting. It felt great!
