DAY 322: I cheated; light lifting only

Was really exhausted today and I had to do work even though when I reached home quite late. Hence, I cheated. Didn’t lift the usual heavy weights. Just something lighter to get my muscles moving. Hopefully, all will be over soon.

2 10 5 Bent over row 25kg
3 10 5 Pull ups
4 10 5 Side lateral raise 6kg
5 10 5  Push ups
