DAY 326: First lift of the week

Haven’t updated since Monday because I haven’t done any exercise sine Monday. That’s how busy I was! Everyday I am working till late for work. I have been so stress that my eczema has been acting up again and I have difficulty sleeping.

Thankfully, there are some victories. One of my students has shown improvements in the recent test and during today’s meet the parent’s session, a parent commented that her daughter thinks highly of me and feels that I teach well.

After a long and tiresome week, finally got time to do some lifting. It feel great to lift again. I have been feeling really unhealthy.
