Day 331: Good Friday body weight workout

It has been a while since I did one of these. My chest is hurting from the workout. Yeah! I tried to do a muscle up when I was at the fitness corner. I nearly had it!  I just couldn’t get my wrist over the bar at that last bit. :/

3 10 4 Pushup progression Push Ups. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
10 4  Row Progression Wide rows. 10, 10 , 10, 10 ,10

Completed the workout with a 2km run. Feels good man!

Glycogen reserves exhausted. Still, we pushed on. Focus on the journey, not the results. #feelsgoodman
