DAY 332: Headlock to throw!

Start Warm up: jumping jacks, running on the spot, tuck jumps, burpees
Stretching
Shadow box
20 push up, 5 clap push ups, 20 squats, 5 tuck jumps
Teaching Part 1: learn a new combination!

1= jab, 2=cross, 3=left hook, 4=right hook, 5=left shovel hook, 6 =right shovel hook, 7=left uppercut, 8=right uppercut, 9=left elbow, 0=right elbow

Use your phone number/ic number and modify it as a combination

Part 2: Full power on combination: left elbow, right shovel hook, left hook, cross, jab, cross, left hook, cross

50 jab cross, 20 knees, 50 jab cross

Part 3: Learning how to go into headlock- right cover block, step in left cover block, vertical elbow, right horizontal elbow, head lock

Part 4: Learning how to unbalance with headlock- right cover block, step in left cover block, vertical elbow, right horizontal elbow, head lock, step left/right and turn partner to unbalance him

Practice Combination: left elbow, right shovel hook, left hook, cross, right cover block, step in left cover block, vertical elbow, right horizontal elbow, head lock, knee, knee, step left/right and turn partner to unbalance him, jab, cross, left hook, cross

X4 rounds

Conditioning:  50 jab cross, 20 knee, 50 jab cross after each round
