DAY 334: Back on Thursday lifts

Felt so tired when I got back home from work that I crashed for 2 hours! But i felt so much more energized after the nap. Honestly, who comes up with school working timings? It’s a torture to wake up so early every morning!

Finally back on my Thursday lifts. Surprisingly, not so much inertia this time round. It was really hard to get my ass up and going on Tuesday. I guess once you’ve started something, it just motivates you to carry on.

2 10 5 Bent over row 37kg
3 10 5 Pull ups  
4 10 5 Side lateral raise 6kg
5 10 5  Push ups
