DAY 336: Killer leg day

It’s fight training today at the Muay Thai gym! Did loads of conditioning today and less of techniques. I was drenched from head to toe by the time it ended. Great workout! And my leg felt like dying.

Start Warm up: jumping jacks, running on the spot, tuck jumps, burpees
Stretching
Shadow box
25 clap push ups, 25 tuck jumps, 25 jackknives
Conditioning 3 rounds clinch sparring

100 shin block to roundhouse on each leg

Practice Combination: Jab, cross, low left roundhouse, cross, left hook, mid right roundhouse, left shovel hook, high right roundhouse
