DAY 337: Friday TKD

Great to be back at TKD! My leg were still aching from Monday’s Muay Thai session hence I didn’t manage to do very vigorous exercises during TKD. I was mostly self training and doing some kicks on the big target. It seems like my kicks are a lot stronger. I no longer tire easily after throwing some heavy kicks.

Oh, we also had a light sparring session after that. Fun times!
