DAY 14: Weighted pull-ups!

In an effort to be more time-effective in my workouts, I am making my exercises more difficult. Definitely gonna be harder but nowadays, I dont have so much time. Gonna work hard and work smart.

  Reps Sets Exercise Weight
1 10 5 Barbell shoulder press 32kg
2 10 5 Side lateral raise 6kg
3 10 5 Elevated push ups
4 20 5 Crunches  
5 10 5 Bent over rows 36kg
6 10 5 Weighted Pull ups 5kg
