Really glad to have been able to finish my work early (Yes, teachers need to work on Sundays too) and get down to training today. Decided to challenge myself by adding more exercises and adding weights for my bent over row. I added 05.kg to the barbell to my bent over row but I already started struggling to lift 10. Seems like this is the ideal weight for me to train in.
When I am lifting at home, I like to turn on Youtube and watch videos of people lifting. It keeps me motivated and the music is nice too. It distracts me from the pain and pushes me to finish my sets.
